Sub-processors
The companies that process personal data for us when we host Neural Inverse for your organisation: what each one does and where.
[Draft: to be approved by legal counsel before publication]
Current sub-processors
| Company | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services, Inc. | Infrastructure hosting, network protection and email delivery for the shared service, and for dedicated deployments on AWS | United States (N. Virginia) and Germany (Frankfurt); for a dedicated deployment, the region you choose |
| Microsoft Corporation | Infrastructure hosting, only for dedicated deployments on Microsoft Azure | The Azure region you choose |
| Google LLC | Infrastructure hosting, only for dedicated deployments on Google Cloud | The Google Cloud region you choose |
| [company: to be confirmed] | AI model providers, only where your organisation uses models we provide | [location: to be confirmed] |
When your organisation connects its own model provider, using its own agreement and keys, that provider is your supplier, not our sub-processor.
Self-hosted deployments
When you run Neural Inverse yourself (self-hosted, in your own cloud account or air-gapped), there are no sub-processors: the platform makes no calls to outside services at runtime, and the data stays on your infrastructure.
Neural Inverse companies
Companies in the Neural Inverse group may provide support and engineering for the service, under the same terms. They are listed on company information.
