Machine programs and the code around them, changed on record.

A CNC module is in development. Today, Build and Govern give machining teams governed AI assistance and a named approver for the changes that matter.

What your team gets

What Build and Govern give a machining team today.

Programs under version controlPrograms, post-processors and scripts open as text in the Editor, with line-by-line differences and history. G-code language support and toolpath simulation are in development.
Agents off the shop floorAgent rules can deny the shop-floor network and the commands that send a program to a machine, and make others wait for a named approver.
Named approvalsApprovals go to named people through one inbox, by email, Slack or PagerDuty. A requester can never approve their own request.
Every change on recordWho changed what, why, and who approved it, in a tamper-evident audit log.
Closed networksRuns self-hosted or air-gapped, with models served inside your network.

Who uses it

For the people who write the programs and answer for them.

CNC programmersEdit and compare programs and post-processors as text, with AI assistance under your policy.
Controls engineersWork on machine PLC logic; TwinCAT 3 has a module in verification.
Quality engineersApprove changes and export the record for your quality system.
IT and OT securitySet what agents may run and where they may connect.

Tools and formats

What works today, and what does not.

G-code and CAM support is in development. What follows is what the general Editor and Govern do today.

Programs and post-processorsOpen, search and compare as plain text, under git. No syntax checks, machine checks or simulation.Text files · git
Agent rulesShell rules match the commands your team uses to transfer programs; network rules match machine and controller hosts.shell · network · file_write · git_push
Machine PLC logicTwinCAT 3 projects through the PLC module, which is modelled and not yet run against TwinCAT. See Industrial automation.TwinCAT 3 · Structured Text

Product names belong to their owners. Tell us which tools your team runs, and we will say plainly what works today.

How a change moves

A person decides before anything leaves the desk.

  1. Propose
An engineer or agent drafts a change to a program or post-processor.
  2. Verify
Your CAM system and checks prove it out.
  3. Approve
Sending to a machine waits for a named approver, under the rules you set.
  4. Record
Change, results and approval kept together in the audit record.

Standards

Evidence for your quality system. The certification is yours.

Change controlEach change with its reason, approver and time, exported for your quality system's audits.

Neural Inverse provides evidence toward these standards. Certification stays with your organisation and assessor.

Rules you work under

What they ask, and what Neural Inverse gives you toward them.

We produce records your assessors and regulators can use. We never say a product makes you compliant; that stays with your organisation.

EU Machinery RegulationWhat it asksRegulation (EU) 2023/1230 applies to machine tools placed on the EU market from 20 January 2027. Machine builders identify the software needed for safe operation, protect it against corruption and collect evidence of interventions in that software or its configuration. What Neural Inverse gives youNeural Inverse Govern keeps each change to a program, post-processor or script with its reason, approver and time in a tamper-evident audit log, for your quality system. That is evidence for your process; the machine’s own records and conformity stay with you.
EU Cyber Resilience ActWhat it asksBuilders of connected machine tools and controls report actively exploited vulnerabilities and severe incidents from 11 September 2026, with an early warning within 24 hours. The security requirements, conformity assessment and CE marking apply from 11 December 2027.What Neural Inverse gives youRecords of who changed what, why and who approved it, exported from a tamper-evident audit log for your technical documentation and reports.
Export controls on machine toolsWhat it asksNumerically controlled machine tools above set accuracy thresholds are dual-use items under the Wassenaar Arrangement and, in the EU, Regulation (EU) 2021/821 (Annex I, category 2B). Exporting them, and the software and technology for them, needs an authorisation. What Neural Inverse gives youSelf-hosted and air-gapped deployments keep programs and design data inside your boundary. Whether a deployment meets your obligations is for your export compliance officer to decide.

Questions

What cnc and machining teams ask us first.

Does it work with our CAM system and machines?

There is no CNC module yet; one is in development. Today programs, post-processors and scripts open as plain text under git in the Editor, without syntax checks, machine checks or simulation, and Neural Inverse Govern works now with the tools your team already runs.

Can an agent send a program to a machine?

Only if your rules allow it. Agent rules can deny the shop-floor network and the commands that send a program to a machine, or make them wait for a named approver.

Can it run on-premises or air-gapped?

Yes. Neural Inverse runs self-hosted or air-gapped, with models served inside your network. Run each release on a host with no route out before you rely on it.

Is Neural Inverse certified for our quality system?

No. Govern exports each change with its reason, approver and time for your quality system’s audits. Certification stays with your organisation and its assessor.
